Q1) Tell us Something About You ?
Mrs. Simran, she had won titles like “College All-Rounder Female” and “Best Personality” during her college days, a Single Mother blessed with a beautiful soul, her daughter-the Angel of her life. She started her career as a Banker in 2005 till 2022 and had a very successful career playing corporate roles in Customer Service and Finance Department and that not enough, she is also a Table-Tennis player, State level Softball player, an International Speaker and Award Winner, ICF Certified NLP Innermost Shift Best Life Coach, completed my Masters NLP, Certified Reiki Master Healer, Certified Ho’oponopono Coach – The Art of Healing by Forgiving. Being the recipient of – “Corporate Training – Best in Innovation, Training and Design Award” of “International Association of Educators and Corporate Trainers –IAECT Award 2020”. As a Life Coach, she has conducted seminar on topics like “Emotional Intelligence” in the Auditors’ General Office in Maldives, “Train Your Mind”, “Parenting”, “Personal Hygiene and Health”, etc. Proudly awarded with the title “Women of Significance 2022” by Mentogram for her minor contributions to the society, she was selected as one of the top 100 women in this category, out of a total of more than 500 women.

Q2) What is self-harmony?
Self-harmony means one is able to balance their emotions at Best. As human beings, we all have a bunch of emotions that keep changing, like love, anger, peace, hatred, etc. As we already know, expression of negative emotions will have negative impact on our lives and vice-versa. Self-harmony means to live with all the imperfections that one has by embracing each quality of ours without judging our self. We always try to maintain our self at peace despite all odds and accepting our true self without deceiving to lead a life with healthy and calm Mind, Body and Soul.

Q3) Do you have any hidden talent?
I believe everybody is born with something unique in them and we can call this as their talent. Since childhood, I have been passionate about Dancing and Acting. As I was completing my Graduation, I discovered that I want to make a career as an artist but my destiny had other plans for me. I accepted my journey but yes never stopped dancing and acting. As I was working, I joined dance classes to stay fit and got opportunity to dance in two movies as background dancer. I dance and act even today and that makes me very happy and feel myself. I even practice, Dance Meditation, for healing myself. I think I can confidently say that Dancing and Acting is my hidden talent as they have always been with me, to make me feel complete and heal my soul.

Q4) We humans, are always in search of happiness, can you say what real happiness is?
Happiness is a choice we all know and it is also a subjective concept. Happiness purely depends on what I associate it with. A state of well-being that I define for myself, inclusive of some components of life, to be my desired state will define the intensity of my Happiness and Contentment. That can be called as real happiness. For some, happiness could mean fulfilment of just the basic needs, while for few others, it could mean basic needs along with a sense of pride, confidence, societal respect, lifestyle, etc. Often, happiness is associated with things outside us, but real happiness lies within. It is a perfect blend between mind, body and soul where you feel relaxed and experience eternal peace, harmony and bliss within.

Q5) How Will You Use The Title Crown And Benefits If You Win “Perfect Mrs India” 2023 S6?
If I win the Title Crown “Perfect Mrs. India” 2023 S6, first and foremost, I would like to thank the Jury, my family and all those who believed in me. Having said that, I would like to use this achievement and opportunity towards serving mankind. Being an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Life Coach and Reiki Healer, I have come across so many people in past 3 years who were stuck at some point in their lives and had become a part of some vicious cycle like Over-thinking, Negative Thoughts, Self-Doubting, Low Confidence, Low Self-Esteem, etc. I have even worked with Parents and Students on topics related to Teens and Parenting concern, excessive use of Mobile by children, habits that affect their behaviour in the long run, relationship issues, etc. I found that there’s a lot of chaos inside people and they are struggling to come out, some are not even aware that they are experiencing mental and emotional well-being issues and end their lives, especially teens. Given the opportunity, I would like to be there to support and address these kinds of issues by increasing the awareness about mental and emotional well-being, why one should focus on it and how one can achieve it. Unlike any other practice, the state of well-being is also a continuous journey and would like to be a part of this cause along with other respectable names in the society who are already helping many lives.
