Mrs. Mukti Bhavnani Contestant Of “Perfect Mrs India” 2024 Season 7

Tell us something about you.

Hello,
I am Mukti bhavnai, and I come from Gujarat (Vadodara). I was born in Vadodara but brought up in Delhi. So when I shifted to Vadodara, obviously, I was missing the power capital due to its vibe and rich heritage. But very soon, I got adjusted in Vadodara because the city provides an ideal environment for families to thrive, and it’s my hometown also. I have completed my graduation and post graduation in life sciences. Even I am a qualified dietician who also – worked as a dietician in many reputed hospitals earlier. Eventually, I did my bachelor’s in education anchoring and got interested in the teaching-learning process. So, professionally, I switched into the education field as I like to be with happy faces. Also, I am a certified career counselor to guide students for their career selection with 13 years of experience as an educator. If I have to talk about myself in one word, “I am a diligent learner”

What is self-harmony

To attain harmony with ourselves, we need to understand ourselves first. The three significant forces of mind are desire, thought, and expectation. We constantly have these three types of emotions running inside our minds. It is a commonplace for people generally to think of the human body as being merely an elaborate machine with all the non-material aspects of the human being thinking, feeling, attitudes, emotions, mores, Imagination, etc., However, the human organism is not a machine and does not operate under the aegis of chemical and biological laws. These emotions are included in the activities of self. These forces drive us to live like human beings.
So, to bring harmony within oneself –we need to cultivate self-awareness, mindfulness, and personal growth. People with self-harmony tend to handle challenges more effectively, as they have a strong sense of inner peace and balance. When your thoughts, values, and actions are aligned, you are more likely to make decisions that reflect your true self and long-term goals.
While not always easy to achieve, striving for self -harmony can significantly improve overall well-being and life satisfaction.

Do you have any hidden talent?

I realized dance as my hidden talent, though I am not so good. It’s like relaxation to me from the busy hectic schedule. I got an opportunity to explore it after covid as my health was so down, but with Zumba ( a different form of dance exercise), I was able to express a lot about my style and personality. I like to paint a lot, though no so specific art form – just whatever I feel to draw can say amateur into it. It is an excellent hobby for me as it reduces my stress and encourages my creative thinking.

We humans are always in search of happiness. Can you say what real happiness is?

True happiness is enjoying your own company and living in peace and harmony with your body, mind, and soul.
Here are six ways to increase your happiness:
1) Take care of yourself.
2) Nurturing connections with loved ones, family, and friends.
3) Find hobbies that bring you joy…
4) Practice mindfulness…
5) Appreciating what you have instead of focusing on what’s missing.
6) Don’t compare your life with others…..
Write your feelings down. …
Plan the things and then execute it.
Give back to others. …
Accepting your imperfections and recognising your value.
Living in the present moment, rather than thinking about the past or worrying about the future.

How will you use the Title Crown and Benefits if you Win “Perfect Mrs India”2024 S7?

After winning a prestigious title Crown – “Perfect Mrs. India” 2024 S7, I would like to use this distinguished achievement as a platform to empower and inspire women in multiple ways: by conducting women’s empowerment campaigns, creating awareness for women’s rights, by mentoring young girls and women to build their confidence, pursue their dreams, and overcome societal barriers. Even I would be using this platform to promote women’s health and fitness programmes.I would also like to organise social and cultural events that celebrate women’s achievements and contribution to society. But to begin with anything, it’s necessary that first woman empowerment begin at home. Women empowerment is possible only if we give them equal status at home. Parents and family members must treat their girl child with as much love and care. Also, one can encourage female colleagues, family, and friends around you to speak, share their opinions, and share their truth.
