Your value and your goal in life go hand in hand then you are in a state of self-harmony. In short, it’s the state of peace with yourself, appreciating your strength and accepting your weakness and cultivating the sense of inner calm and contentment. We Humans Are always in search of Happiness, can you say what is your H appiness is?
Happiness is a state of mind. Actually, people leave their whole lives they rather exhaust their whole lives in search of happiness because they search the happiness in external world and in physical possessions and all materialistic things around them. However, the real happiness is nothing but a state of mind. If the happiness was in materialistic things, then the first rasgulla we eat when we are hungry gives us immense pleasure and happiness. However, when we keep eating the rasgullas then maybe 8th or 10th rasgulla will become the cause of irritation and unhappiness so, the fact once again as I said is a state of mind. But no doubt, certain behaviour in life or certain things rather in life do give us happiness like pursuing our own passion, not only setting but also achieving our goals and continuous self-improvement enhances the happiness. Cultivating a gratitude for life, blessings and practicing mindfulness to Savor the present moment can also amplify the feeling of happiness. Focusing on positive aspects of life and appreciating simple pleasures will always keep us happy. Exercise and generosity towards others not only benefit the recipient but also foster a sense of fulfilment and happiness in the giver so, contributing in the welfare of the others is one more mean to be happy. I think by understanding the source and impact of happiness, we can cultivate environment conducive to personal and social flourishing.

How will you use The Title crown and Benefits 0020, If you win ” Perfect Mrs India” 2024-S7.
I have worked with Kendriya Vidyalaya for almost more than three decades and so I have come across various sections of people and Central Government employees. Being a P.E. teacher, I was always surrounded by children from various economic background. During my career, I also came across the children of the Indian army. I got an opportunity to know or to look into their lives more closely. I appreciate the pains our soldiers are taking at the border which makes us relax and feel safe in the country. So, if I win this title, I would love to use my talent and title for the children of Indian army soldiers and given an opportunity. Would definitely like to do something for our jawans as well.
