Life Story Of Mrs. Latika Rathod Finalist “Perfect Mrs India” 2024 Season 7

So to start of I was born on 2nd Jan 1982 in Mumbai. Ever since my birth, I have been living with my dada dadi (grandparents). They are my lifelong role models and will always be. I was a pampered child as I was the first child in the house. I got a lot of love from my grandparents, parents ,uncle’s aunties etc .
My buaa (aunt) was a strong support to me, and my grandmother was a lady of wisdom, beauty, and hard work. I did schooling from St Joseph’s Convent Bandra Mumbai, and I enjoyed my school life to its best.
I was active in sports dance drama singing and participated in Inter the school competitions.
My college was RD National College in Bandra Mumbai, where I did my BA in psychology with 1st class. It was an amazing journey where I enjoyed NSS program dramas singing competitions, etc . I did Hindi, Marathi theatre, and wanted to be an actress.
I did a few ramp shows documentary films .
At the age of 23, I got married to Rishi Rathod, my good friend of 3 years, and it was an amazing journey. Also, I have always been very close to my paternal cousins and am blessed to have really good friends in my life.
But post my marriage suddenly I lost my grandfather and that was a tough moment for me . In a few years, I lost my grandmother due to prolonged illness on my birthday itself that broke me down . After my grandmother passed away , I immediately got pregnant in just 5 months, and all said my grandmother was coming.
I got a baby girl, and all of us were on top of the world. I enjoyed the time of new parenting, and later, after 10 months, suddenly I lost my father. This shattered me as he loved kids a lot of life is so unfair that God takes good people very fast.
I was enjoying work and parenting both but always missed my grandparents and my father lot. Then, in 2014, I had a miscarriage and again lost hope in God . It was a tough time, but God had better plans, and in 2015, I was blessed with a baby boy, and we all celebrated his birth .My mother in law also was an amazing support to kids and me, though we did not stay together but had a lot of love and respect for each other . Then came a time in 2018 when suddenly my mother-in-law passed away due to cardiac arrest. This was not at all expected . Life gets brutal at times .
My overall journey as a person was into sales , education, and teaching and counseling sectors.
In between, all was good, but in 2020, my health drastically fell. I lost weight and had severe acid reflux in the body, and I could not eat sleep well . My work was badly affected. I lost confidence, and I thought life would end here. What about my kids? I went into slight depression. Then a miracle happened after 8 months of pain in form of divine energy of Shree Swami Samarth he guided me into the unknown dark paths of pain and got me back my life, my confidence, my whole life took a complete U-turn. Till today, there is no looking back after that I saw success there were minor ups and downs, but Swami was my best friend, my ray of hope always till today .
I believe we all must be humble and grounded in life as one never knows what next we get in life. So I believe in living life to its fullest and be thankful for whatever you have in life .
