What is your definition of success?
Success isn’t just about wealth; it’s about gratitude, growth, and impact. It’s appreciating every achievement, valuing relationships, and striving to be a well-rounded, respected individual who makes a difference. True success radiates from within.

How did you overcome challenges and setbacks along the way?
Throughout my journey, I’ve encountered numerous setbacks and challenges that could have easily derailed my progress. However, I’ve learned to approach these obstacles with a resilient mindset, recognizing that every setback is an opportunity for growth and learning. To overcome these challenges, I’ve developed a three-pronged strategy: self-reflection, adaptability, and perseverance. I take time to reflect on the setback, identifying key takeaways and areas for improvement. Then, I adapted my approach, adjusting my strategy to better navigate the challenge. Finally, I persevere, maintaining a steadfast commitment to my goals and vision. By employing this strategy, I’ve been able to transform setbacks into stepping stones, leveraging each challenge as a stimulus for growth, innovation, and ultimate success.

What role has failure played in your journey to success?
Failure is not the opposite of success; it is a crucial part of it. I first learned this lesson when I faced rejection from my dream college. I felt lost, but my parents reminded me that failure was a stepping stone, not a dead end. Over time, I realized that every setback taught me something valuable—resilience, humility, and courage. Failure helped me recognize my strengths and weaknesses, learn from my mistakes, and push forward despite obstacles. It encouraged me to take risks, step outside my comfort zone, and trust the journey. Looking back, my failures have been the catalysts for my greatest achievements. They have shaped my growth, strengthened my determination, and given me a sense of direction. So, if you’re facing failure, embrace it. Learn from it, rise stronger, and keep moving forward. Success isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence, courage, and self-belief.

What are your thoughts on work-life balance?
To me, work-life balance is about integrating personal and professional life in a way that nourishes my well-being. It’s a dynamic process requiring intention, flexibility, and self-compassion. Through my writing, I empower women with tools to set boundaries, cultivate resilience, and embrace self-love, helping them create a life aligned with their values and aspirations.”

What advice would you give to someone starting their journey of success?
Success is not just about achieving goals; it’s about growth, learning, and becoming your best self. Stay consistent, trust the process, and embrace failure as a stepping stone. Celebrate small wins, keep moving forward, and remember—you’re capable of more than you think.

“I’m still in awe, feeling grateful and humbled to be recognized as one of the top 60 women in my field. It’s a surreal moment, thinking about the journey that brought me here – the late nights, early mornings, and endless efforts to pursue my passions. Being part of this group of trailblazing women is not just an honour; it’s a reminder that our work matters. It’s the power of resilience, determination, and hard work. I think about all the women who paved the way for me, who broke down barriers and challenged the status quo. I think about the women who will come after me, who will be inspired by our stories and achievements.
This recognition is not just about me; it’s about the collective effort of women who are pushing boundaries, shattering glass ceilings, and redefining what’s possible.
I’m grateful for this platform, to share my story, and to inspire others to chase their dreams. I’m reminded that success is not a solo journey; it’s a community effort. I’m proud to be part of this community of strong, courageous, and determined women.”
