What is your definition of success?
Dream big be happy and work with whole heart to achieve what you always wanted to in life means being successful.
What has failure played a role?
Failure is very important only then I realised what my flaws are and how I can turn that into positives and move ahead in life.
How did you overcome challenges or setbacks along the way?
Challenges are an important part of life they make one stronger and bring the best out in a person.
I worked a lot on myself my moods my temperament when u change the perspective of yourself all things change around you. Challenges become opportunity.
What are your Top Five goals for the next five years?
So I want to be happy and contented person first within with no stress.
See myself as a successful entrepreneur.
See my kids settled well in their academics.
Do good work in old age homes like take full charge of the running of it.
Have 2houses in Mumbai.
What advice would you give to someone starting their own journey to success?
Learning is the key to success so never stop learning keep upgrading yourself with latest technology and believe in yourself whatever you think about yourself matters a lot it’s the inner power to success. Manifest your dreams on the way to success. Never give up on yourself.
Are there any funny or memorable moments on your journey to success that you can share?
I remember when I had got a chance to perform a Marathi play in Prithvi theatre I was excited but when I saw eminent artists I fumbled little but got appreciated.
What are your thoughts on work/life balance?
I strongly feel that our thoughts matter a lot in maintaining a balance between the 2 as if u take pressure and work life goes haphazard so change the perspective that both are 2sides of a coin maintain it wisely. Not too much work enjoy life too.
