What is your definition of success?
Success, for me, is not just about business growth but about building trust and lasting relationships with clients. One of my greatest achievements has been seeing NRI clients visit, leave with glowing faces, and then refer others from their countries. That word-of-mouth recognition is a true measure of success. It’s about creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel valued and empowered after every treatment.
What role has failure played in your journey?
Starting in Cuffe Parade was challenging. Being a new entrepreneur in a niche society, I wasn’t well-known, and people often underestimated me. However, my positive and spiritual persona, combined with the 5-star ambience of my clinic, gradually won people over. Some sceptics visited to see for themselves and were impressed by the vibe, luxury, and personal touch we offer. Every failure taught me resilience and fuelled my drive to prove my capabilities.
How did you overcome challenges?
Challenges are part of growth. I faced them by staying focused on my vision, constantly learning, and relying on the support of my dedicated team. Introducing new treatments involved extensive research, training, and testing to ensure top-tier service. Flexibility, determination, and a client-centric approach have helped me overcome obstacles and build a reputable brand.
What are your thoughts on work/life balance?
Balancing work and life is essential. As a mother of three, I understand the need to manage both personal and professional responsibilities. Taking time to recharge is vital because a healthy mind enhances productivity. I believe in setting a schedule that allows me to deliver the best services while still dedicating time to family and self-care.
