Journey
Her manifestation journey started in 1994 as a student of mind control, ESP and yoga. She lives in Mumbai, India. She self-published her first bilingual book on Yoga in 1998 and offered it as a service to her Guruji and institute by giving the copyrights. This book has touched 5000 lives and is still in print. After completing Yoga teacher training, life coaching was the next step as mind and mindset play a very important role in our lives.

She got inspiration and desire to write from Dr Wayne Dyer. Her vision and mission is to see India as the ‘Vishwa Guru’ with the concept of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (all life is connected), by awakening and empowering women and children. She aims to help them discover their inner powers and build spiritual muscles.
Work and Life balance
According to her it is not only about work and life. We have about eight main areas of life: health, wealth, career, possessions, friends and family, fun and recreation, relationships, spiritual growth and learning. Unless we have a balance in all these areas we continue to feel a vacuum. Once we have the awareness, we make sure we grow in all areas. Life is short we all have desires and goals. Along with fulfilling our desires, we must think about our contribution to our society, nation and humanity.
