What is your definition of success?
Success is achieving your dreams, goals, and desires without harming or pulling anyone down. True success is personal fulfilment while uplifting others.
What role has failure played in your journey to success?
: I don’t consider failure as failure; I see it as learning and motivation. Just like Edison said, if he succeeded after 100 attempts, the 99 efforts weren’t a waste. They were proof of ways that didn’t work. My journey has been about proving what paths not to take so others can learn.
How did you overcome challenges or setbacks along the way?
Every time someone said “NO” to me, I took it as “Next Opportunity.” Success is never easy. It comes with struggles, sacrifices, and pain. But the key is resilience and unwavering belief in oneself.
What are your thoughts on work-life balance?
Family is always my first priority. However, there have been instances where I had to sacrifice family time for professional commitments. For example, I recently received an important offer on my husband’s birthday. I declined it, but to my surprise, the organizers adjusted and scheduled it for the next day. Balancing both worlds is an art, and prioritization is the key.
What advice would you give to someone starting their own journey to success?
Don’t just look at a successful person; look at their journey. Success is built on patience, discipline, dedication, and determination. The real question is: What are you willing to sacrifice for your vision? Stay focused, and never give up.
It’s an honour. But more than the title, it’s about the journey that led me here. I hope to inspire others to embrace their uniqueness and never stop striving for their dreams.
“Be yourself. Don’t imitate anyone. You possess qualities that no one else does. Believe in yourself and keep trying. Success is inevitable for those who persist.”
And to end with a beautiful thought by Dr. Harivansh Rai Bachchan:
“Koshish karne walo ki kabhi haar nahi hoti.”
