What is your definition of success?
For me, success is not a destination but a natural outcome of hard work, persistence and unwavering determination. It is a byproduct of never giving up, of continuously showing up despite failures, setbacks, and obstacles. True success is not measured by external achievements alone but by the inner growth, wisdom, and strength gained through the journey. Every challenge faced is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and improve. Failures are not endpoints but stepping stones leading to breakthroughs. When one refuses to give up, they cultivate discipline, patience, and a mindset that embraces challenges as part of the process. The difference between those who succeed and those who don’t often lies in the ability to persevere when things get tough. Success, in its truest form, is not about winning every time but about refusing to quit. It belongs to those who keep pushing forward, learning from their experiences, and staying committed to their purpose.

What role has failure played in your journey to success?
Failure has been my greatest teacher, shaping me in ways success never could. Each setback has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of self-reflection. It has shown me my weaknesses, helped me refine my strengths, and pushed me to grow beyond my limits. It has always inspired me to rethink strategies and work with a greater passion. Instead of fearing it, I embrace it as a stepping stone toward wisdom, self-improvement, and ultimately, success. Failure has also strengthened my ability to handle adversity with grace and perseverance. It has shown me that setbacks are not roadblocks but redirections leading to something better. By learning from my failures rather than being defeated by them, I have developed a mindset of continuous learning and the courage to keep moving forward.

What are your thoughts on work/life balance?
I have learned that achieving work-life balance is not about perfect division but about mindful choices. For a long time, I struggled with overcommitting to work, feeling guilty when I took time for myself. However, I realized that setting clear boundaries was essential. I started disconnecting from work after my work hours, giving myself permission to rest without feeling unproductive. Managing my time effectively allowed me to be more present in both work and personal life. Prioritizing self-care, meaningful relationships, and mental well-being has made me more focused and fulfilled. I have learned that when I take care of myself, I perform better at work and enjoy life more. Besides that, regular reflection helps me adjust my approach, ensuring neither work nor personal life is neglected. By staying present in each moment and making conscious decisions, I have created a sustainable balance that allows me to thrive both professionally and personally.

What advice would you give to someone starting their own journey to success?
If you’re starting your journey to success, my biggest advice is—just start. Don’t let age, circumstances, or doubts hold you back. I’ve learned that age is just a number; it’s never too early or too late to chase your dreams. Passion is your fuel—stay connected to what truly drives you, even when the path gets tough. There were times when I faced setbacks, moments when giving up seemed easier. But I realized that persistence is what separates success from regret. No matter how many obstacles come your way, don’t give up. Keep learning, adapting, and moving forward. Most importantly, don’t lose yourself in the process. Success should never come at the cost of your values, relationships, or well-being. Stay true to who you are, embrace the journey, and trust that every step—no matter how small—is bringing you closer to your dreams. Every small step counts, even if it feels like no one is watching. Believe in your journey, even when the results aren’t visible yet. Celebrate small wins, stay patient, and trust the process. The road to success is never a straight line, but with passion and consistency, you’ll reach where you’re meant to be.

How did you overcome challenges or setbacks along the way?
Overcoming challenges was possible because I never lost sight of my goal. No matter how difficult the journey became, I reminded myself why I started. Obstacles tested my patience and strength, but my vision kept me moving forward. I learned to adapt, find solutions, and push through setbacks with determination. Every challenge became a lesson, shaping me into a stronger, wiser person. There were moments of doubt, times when failure seemed overwhelming, but I refused to let setbacks define me. I embraced challenges as opportunities for growth and used them to refine my skills, mindset, and approach to life. Each struggle taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of perseverance. I realized that true success isn’t about never failing—it’s about rising every time I fall. By staying focused on my purpose and believing in my journey, I turned struggles into stepping stones, proving that persistence turns obstacles into breakthroughs.
